Key Partners was formed when Richard Robertson was introduced to Claire Manning to work on the refurbishment of her own home in Surrey. This successful partnership has now delivered refurbishments and new builds to a number of clients in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
Richard Robertson has always been drawn to the great outdoors and the natural materials it provides. He has designed and built a number of his own homes incorporating exposed beams and rustic wood finishes. Resourceful and artistic and loves to get involved in the designs of tricky spaces onsite.
Richard grew up in and around Farnham, studied carpentry and has been operating as a contractor in the Farnham area for over 30 years.
Claire Manning moved to the area more recently having worked in banking in London and overseas for over 20 years.
After having a family and renovating homes along the way, she expanded on her interest of working with property by studying interior design at KLC School of Design in Chelsea Harbour, London.
